Baby Daily — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 June 2026

Baby Daily is a private app for a family to record a child's daily care. We designed it to collect as little as possible and to never sell or share your data.

What we store

The care events you record (feeds, sleep, nappies, expressed milk, notes, temperature, medicine, growth), your child's name and optional date of birth, your household members' display names, and the account identifier from Sign in with Apple. We do not collect your contacts, location, browsing, or advertising identifiers.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication) under our project, accessible only to the members of your household. Access is enforced by server-side security rules.

How it's used

Solely to provide the app: showing your child's status, history, charts, and reminders to your household. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Sign in with Apple

We use Apple's private sign-in. You may choose to hide your email; the app works either way.

Reminders

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are prompts to check the log, not medical advice. Baby Daily does not provide medical diagnosis or advice.

Your control

Any owner can export all data as CSV from within the app, and can permanently delete the household and all its data. Removing a member revokes their access immediately.

Children's data

The app records information about a child on behalf of their parents/guardians, who control the account. It is intended for use by the adults in a household.
